Absolutely loved the spacious rooms and comfy beds! The location was perfect for enjoying the Christmas lights with a charming vibe all around. Clean and well-kept, it surprised us with its overall feel!
Not the best for sleep, that's for sure.

The hotel is very centrally located and has parking, upon reservation, which avoids the traffic problems of the city centre. The room where I stayed was next to the elevator and not a single noise was heard. Everything clean and with a very cozy atmosphere
The breakfast in the hotel cafeteria was awful, but not because of the quality of the food, but because of the attention of the staff. The girl who attended to us, took the commands of the last ones who entered and had people sitting at the table for half an hour waiting to be attended to, other couples decided to get up and leave, in my case I stayed until she attended to me and it was the worst decision. She served people who arrived 20 minutes later than us and when we called her to tell her about it she told us that we would be wrong, that we had just arrived and that she had not yet come to take the command of our table. It was disastrous. That's the only thing wrong with this hotel.

Reasonably clean hotel, thoroughly enjoyed to be right by both train stations & old town, a great Cafeteria and the airport, the train station, and the old part of the city thanks to marvellous location.

The hotel is certainly newly renovated. The rooms are great, the litter super comfortable and without a doubt if I go back to Vigo I would come back to this hotel. The best thing about the hotel is the young receptionist, who advised us where we could go at night for a drink and other directions and was right about everything, which in many accommodations I miss, since they give you a map without any explanation. The car, in spite of the fact that they had their garages occupied, they recommended me a parking near to leave it that did not leave anything expensive ( I believe that 12-15 euros the day) and very well. The neighborhood is very good with bars, different restaurants to go and try different things. I especially liked the one next door, which was called Porto Santo, and mixed the typical food of Vigo with the usual food.
For asking to include breakfast in the price, which at least in ours was not included and is faster if you already go down and have breakfast.

Location was really good for exploring the city. Parking under the hotel was easy and very convenient. The cafe alongside the hotel was also useful.
If you have no Spanish it could be difficult when you first arrive - only one receptionist out of three had any English. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was super clean and had a lovely little balcony. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The cafe next door served great breakfast for around 6 euros. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the nearby cathedral and Camino attractions. Would definitely recommend 😊

Deco is old and a member of staff was unkind.

This was just an appropriate option for a getaway in Vigo with excellent value for money. The service was great-they even helped find my missing sock from laundry. Try the nearby café for breakfast, it's a hidden gem!

The location is great.
We didn't like that they didn't have the rooms ready for us, and we had to change the room after insisting we won't be leaving. Also, they literarily put the cleaning women on the front-desk to welcome new guests in a period where there was a holiday in Spain. So she didn't knew what to do with us.

The warm welcome from staff, especially from Sandra, and the convenient access to eateries made mealtime enjoyable.
My wife says that a kids' play area would be great.
